Job Description

sKids is dedicated to growing awesome kiwi kids and has become New Zealand’s largest private out of school supervised care provider at schools throughout the country.


The purpose of this role is to support the Operations team with administrative duties and tasks. The role will assist with preparation and planning - operational readiness for term and holiday programmes as well as Collab activities.   The role will also support Regional Operations Manager, GM Operations and the Quality and Operational Excellence Manager in completion of administrative and reporting tasks to support the Operations team, as directed by the General Manager, Operations.

 

Hours of work

This is a 20 hours/week role (Monday - Friday 4 hours/day.


Location

Our office is based in Glenfield (There is the opportunity to work up to 2 days/week from home)


Key Functions of the role:

  • Supporting Operations team with administrative duties and tasks
  • Liaise with external stakeholders and the Operations team to schedule internal audits, Te Kahui Kahu and food safety audits, ensuring supporting documentation is provided in in a timely manner.
  • In conjunction with the Quality Support Specialist maintain and report onb training and compliance records 
  • Produce and distribute communications to the Operations team and sKids network as requested 

 

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proficient across Microsoft Office products – Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
  • Experience designing and embedding quality frameworks that support best practice.
  • Effective time management and able to prioritise a busy workload
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
