Job Description

sKids is dedicated to growing awesome kiwi kids and has become New Zealand’s largest private out of school supervised care provider at schools throughout the country.


The purpose of this role is to assist in the delivery of strategic learning and development through supporting employee development and service excellence. This role supports the development and implementation of new learning initiatives, solutions, and services to build and maintain capability, professional development, and adherence to regulatory standards.

 

Hours of work

This is a permanent full time role! 

 

Location

Our office is based in Glenfield (There is the opportunity to work up to 2 days/week from home)


Key Functions of the role:

  • Support all sKids network employees from induction and throughout employment, ranging from systems, processes and procedures, service standards and career development.
  • Facilitate a range of nationwide learning interventions to the sKids network.
  • Creating and updating content and analysing any data within the learning management system.
  • This role will require someone that has their own car, full drivers licence and willing to travel nationwide 

 

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Facilitation experience – online/webinar and classroom based delivering to large groups.
  • Experience in learning and instructional design with a sound understanding and application of adult learning principles.
  • Expertise in creating blended learning solutions and creating digital learning content.
  • Experience in using Learning Management Systems including content creation, developing learning events and career pathways, and reporting.
  • Good organisational, project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously, to deliver outcomes and meet timelines.
  • Proficient across Microsoft Office products - Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel.
