We are looking for a commercial, analytical and considered Workforce Planning Manager who thrives on delivering their best, closely supporting those they work with.  This is a multi-faceted role with significant responsibility, stakeholder management and accountability.

For success in the role, you will be experienced in leading and managing a workforce planning function, ideally in a medium to large scale business operating across a geographically distributed network of services.  You will be experienced operating at a strategic level, influencing and contributing significantly to robust discussions at executive level, whilst also remaining ‘hands on’ producing key data and analytics for decision making. Whilst focussed on commercial outcomes, we never lose sight of our need to provide best in class quality and support to those in our care and your ability to find this balance will be one of your key focusses.

As an experienced Workforce Planning Manager, you will be able to demonstrate strong experience in forecasting, labour cost management, optimisation and mobility, ideally working with an enterprise grade time rostering & scheduling system (Humanforce would be advantageous), or similar. As a business we operate in a highly regulated sector, and as such you will ideally have experience in rostering practices in compliance with sector based regulations, and Australian labour laws and regulations.

In return you will be working in a fast moving and highly dynamic sector, where no two days are the same.  This opportunity will give you significant exposure, allowing you to build a profile within the organisation that will set you up for future success.
