Role of Coordinator:

·         Undertakes a caring and collaborative approach to showcase our company values: Considerate, Passionate, Courageous.

·         Encourages play based learning: incorporates children's ideas and interests into planned experiences and routines.

·         Works with the team to tailor each aspect of the service to engage, inspire and delight the children attending your service.


Role of Educator:

·        Assist in the preparation, implementation and evaluation of developmentally appropriate programs for individual children or groups.

·         Provide a safe and welcoming environment for children, through adherence to the Child Safe Standards and organisation policies and procedures.

·         Assist in the direction of untrained staff.


The Ideal Candidate:

·         Available to work 5 days per week, (in some roles less availability can work).

·         Experience in working within OSCH or Long Day-care in medium to large service.

·         The desire to work with children and demonstrated a capacity to enhance their OSHC experiences.

·         Experience working with and supporting teams to achieve results.

·         Childcare industry knowledge

·         A work history demonstrating reliability, punctuality, enthusiasm, initiative and commitment.


Ideal Qualifications:

·         Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent OR

·         Certificate Three (Educators) OR

·         Degree in Primary Education or Early Childhood Studies or equivalent.

·         Valid working with children's check (Must Have)
