This role will be accountable for developing effective training plans and maintaining up to date materials and content.  This support role will provide compliance and regulatory training to our service staff and includes working a set number of shifts per week in both Before School Care and After School Care.  You will work closely with a number of key internal stakeholders including your direct manager (Practice Lead), Regional Operations Managers and State Operations Manager.  As an experienced children's services professional, you will be confident leading training sessions and content delivery, enjoy working collaboratively with your peers and stakeholders and be resourceful in your approach.
