Description and Requirements

We are a national leading provider of before and after school care, and school holiday programs to over 70,000 primary school aged children around Australia, seeking applications from candidates with management experience leading dispersed team of childcare centre team leaders / Coordinators.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Regional Operations Manager you will be the nominated supervisor, responsible for leading, managing and developing a high performing, skilled and engaged team of in-service Coordinators and building effective relationships with our schools across the

Managing the financial viability of all services in the region is also a key requirement of this role, ensuring regular review of service delivery costs, attendance and labour to ensure budgets are effectively utilised. Along with the implementation of effective promotional activity through service Coordinators to maximise retention and growth of services within the region, including reportable incidents, management reporting and ensuring all service reporting is provided will ensure your success!

HOURS

The role is permanent full time, so only candidates with full availability will be considered.  Successful applicants must be prepared to support in-service team members in Before School Care (7.00am-9.00am) and After School Care (3.00pm-6.00pm) and during holiday term programs

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

You must hold minimum:

·         Diploma in Children's Services (working towards is fine); OR
·         Degree in Primary Education or Early Childhood Studies (working towards is fine) or equivalent OR
·         A current Employee Working with Children's Check is a must for these roles
·         National Police Check – paid by us!
