Description and Requirements

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of service excellence and retaining and growing commercially viable OSHC services. This will be achieved by leading and developing a highly capable team and managing effective relationships with schools.

Reporting to the State Manager, the Area Manager will be responsible for;

  • The attainment of quality assessment and ratings;
  • Take on a key role in supporting other regional operations coordinators;
  • Provide subject matter expertise;
  • Peer mentoring, development and support.


  • Demonstrate previous experience managing dispersed teams;
  • Demonstrate a track record of managing compliance and reporting within OSHC;
  • Proven experience of developing and delivering to a quality and safety agenda;
  • Experience of managing continuous improvement and change;
  • Experience building sustainable relationships with key stakeholder groups.
