About the role

Reporting to the State Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of service excellence and retaining and growing commercially viable OSHC services across your dedicated region. This will be achieved by leading, managing and developing a high performing, skilled and engaged regionally based Operations team and by managing effective relationships with schools.

Additionally, you will be responsible for the attainment of quality assessment and ratings and take on a key role in supporting other regional operations managers through the provision of subject matter expertise, peer mentoring, development and support. 

About you

The successful applicant will be required to have experience managing dispersed teams to achieve visible results, experience managing compliance and reporting within a regulated industry, and expertise developing and delivering to a quality and safety agenda. The ability to manage continuous improvement and change by building sustainable relationships with key stakeholders are a must.

Management level experience and education management or childcare industry is preferred. Must possess a full driving license and be prepared to travel throughout the State, (and occasional interstate).
