Description and Requirements

Our Regional Operations Coordinators (ROC) are passionate, dedicated and creative. As true leaders to the business and their team, they lead by example with professionalism and integrity. As a ROC, you will oversee multiple OSHC services, each with their own unique set of challenges and requirements.

Reporting to the Senior Regional Operations Manager (Senior ROM) the essential purpose of this role is to support the delivery of service excellence and retain and grow commercially viable OSHC services in the region.  This will be achieved by, supporting and training regional based Operations team and by managing effective relationships.  

The Regional Operations Coordinator (ROC) will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining a focus on service improvement and practice advancement. This will be comprised of 50% in ratio, and 50% out of service, as directed by your Senior Regional Operations Manager.

You will work with your Senior ROM to develop and execute training plans of a national, state and localised content. Where required you may have a specialised focus area (eg Systems, Compliance, Programming etc)

  • Hours

This is a full-time position with the flexibility of managing your hours per operational requirements.

While you will not be working a traditional 9-5 work week, you will be required to adjust your hours daily to ensure you are meeting business objectives.

About you

The successful applicant will be required to have experience managing dispersed teams to achieve visible results, experience managing compliance and reporting within a regulated industry, and expertise developing and delivering to a quality and safety agenda. The ability to manage continuous improvement and change by building sustainable relationships with key stakeholders are a must.

Candidates must possess;

  • Diploma (minimum) within Children's services, Education, or Community Support 
  • Full driving license with vehicle and be prepared to travel throughout the State (and occasional interstate);
  • The ability to pass a National Police Check.
