WHAT TO EXPECT AS A REGIONAL OPERATIONS COORDINATOR (ROC)!

Reporting to the Territory Manager the purpose of this role is to support the delivery of service excellence while retaining and growing commercially viable OSHC services within NSW.  This will be achieved by, supporting and training our in-service teams and by managing effective relationships.

The Regional Operations Coordinator (ROC) will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining a focus on service improvement and practice advancement. This will be comprised of working some periods in ratio and some periods out of service, as directed by your Manager.

ABOUT YOU

This position will suit candidates who have demonstrated leaderships within a children's services setting and are ready to take the next step in their career towards multi-site management.

You are not only passionate about providing the highest quality care and education for children but you also have an adaptable mindset and willingness to learn.

For this role, you need to hold a valid Australian Drivers Licence, a current Working with Children’s Check (WWCC), and unlimited rights to work in Australia.

As this is a permanent full-time position, only candidates with full availability will be considered. Successful applicants must be prepared to support in-service team members in Before School Care (7 am – 9 am), After School Care (3 pm – 6 pm) and also during school holiday periods.
