About the Opportunity


This 12 month fixed term adventure is all about building brighter futures together for our People! We are in the hunt for an experienced People & Culture generalist for an opportunity to join us Junior Adventures Group. With experience across the employee life cycle and strong stakeholder management you'll be joining a passionate and values led People, Culture, and Performance (PC&P) team of 20+, with support provided by the National Manager HR Business Partnerships & ER.


About the role


The P&C Business Partner provides specialist HR support to the State General Manager and their team within a child-safe compliant environment. This role involves delivering insights into people-related business performance and implementing interventions to enhance capability and outcomes. You will apply standardized HR processes, support workplace investigations (including those related to child protection), and collaborate with the Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, Learning and Development, and Payroll teams.



Who are we looking for?


  • Relevant degree in HR or business management.
  • Basic Award interpretation experience.
  • Demonstrated application of Australian employment laws, Fair Work standards and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience resolving complex employee relations issues including grievance management, performance improvement, injury management, Modern Awards and disciplinary processes.
  • CPHR-level Membership of AHRI (highly desirable).Change management training and demonstrated applied knowledge of change management e.g. Prosci or similar training.
  • Demonstrated experience in the conduct of workplace investigations in a regulated industry
  • Demonstrated experience in delivery HR advice and support to a multi-site business environment within a national contex
