What does the program offer?

As an employee in the Traineeship Program you will have the opportunity to gain qualifications in school aged child care and earn money at the same!  Working from one of two key service brands OSHClub or Helping Hands Network you will undertake your studies and have fun while taking care of children.

The traineeship program includes:
  • participation in Certificate IV in School Age Education and Care or Diploma of School Age Education and Care 
  • ongoing training, development and career opportunities
  • a permanent ongoing position upon successful completion of the program
  • reinvestment of any government funding back to the employee

Successful candidates will be required to undergo working with children checks and a pre-employment National Police History check, and provide evidence of Australian Citizenship.
