Description and Requirements

Looking for flexibility, community, and a caring team?


We are looking for casual Educators based near Gembrook, Beaconsfield Upper, and The Hills to work with primary school aged children in our Outside School Hours Care services. Pick up shifts that suit you between Monday – Friday, roughly 7:00am – 9:00am and 3:00pm – 6:00pm.


About the role 

Working in a team of Educators, you will have support of a Coordinator in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12years

  • Facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!
  • Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
  • Work with a team of Educators onsite

Who are we looking for? 

We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have:

  • Enjoy working with kids 
  • Strong and clear communication 
  • Team player 
  • Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it!) and a state check for working with children 
  • Australian work rights 
  • Hold or currently studying an ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma such as those based in education, health or the community (visit the ACECQA website for more information)
