The role in a nutshell
If you have a passion for working with children and a teamwork focus, OSHC is the career for you!
As an Educator at our Outside School Hours Care Service, Harrison OSHClub, you will join the children in a variety of activities to encourage their curiosity and develop their well-being! Offering 25-hours per week, you will work before and after school shifts only Monday to Friday and:
- Bring a sense of adventure, empathy and energy, as well as a meaningful teamwork approach each day.
- Supervise children through participation in games & a diverse range of activities
- Join our school holiday program with exciting excursion!
Who are we looking for?
We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have:
- Enjoy working with kids
- Strong and clear communication
- Team player with a desire to become a service leader
- Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it!) and a state check for working with children
- Australian work rights
