Whether you're experienced in the Education or childcare sector, have done some babysitting, this is the first time you're thinking about working with children, or anything in between, THIS is the role for you!

An opportunity to work 34 hours a week but STILL have the middle of your days free, this is an opportunity to take an OSHC service and make it your own.

Working Monday to Friday 6:30am - 9:00am and 2:30pm - 6:00pm, you'll be paid an additional 4 admin hours each week to ensure your program runs smoothly. It means when the kids are there, you're there hanging out with them, not stuck in an office doing admin!

About the role

Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.

• Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!
• Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
• Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
• Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration

Who are we looking for?

We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have:

• Enjoy working with kids
• Strong and clear communication
• Team player with a desire to become a service leader
• Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it!) and a state check for working with children
• Qualified under ACECQA requirements to work in OSHC (check out the ACECQA website for more info)
• Australian work rights
