A service based in Castlemaine is looking for a passionate and organised Coordinator for children in our before and after school care capacity. This is a permanent part-time position at 29.25 hours per week all year round - the perfect balance!
Hours will be Monday –Friday, 07:00 – 09:00 AM (Rise then Shine Program) and 02:45 – 06:00 PM (Stay and Play Program) plus 3 additional admin hours. Note: you must be available all 5 days for this role.
There will also be holiday program shifts from 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
In addition to a competitive salary, there is also a $1000 commencement bonus at the completion of first month plus another $1000 loyalty bonus at 12 months + split shift allowance + uniform allowance + other benefits + super.
About the role
Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.

About the service
Based in Castlemaine, this small service would see you join an ongoing Educator who knows the space well. You'll get to engage with a vibrant and values-based community, with an easy-to-manage cohort of kids. There is another school around the corner who the team regularly collaborates with, meaning you'll have plenty of support and connection.
Who are we looking for?
A few basics you need to have:
Holds or is currently studying an ACECQA approved Diploma such as those based in education, health or the community (visit the ACECQA website for more information)
