Are you looking for an OSHC leadership role with genuinely supportive management who will listen to your ideas (you've got plenty to share!), problem solve with you, and trust you to build a thriving service?

The first and longest-standing OSHClub based in Williamstown North is looking for a passionate Coordinator (or Lead Coordinator) to flex their planning, communication and people skills in a dynamic team. This is a permanent part-time opportunity for 32.25 hours per week guaranteed (the perfect balance!)
There is some room for negotiation with hours (let us know what will work for you!), however they are currently set at: Monday – Friday, 7:00AM - 9:00AM (Rise then Shine program) and 03:00PM – 6:15 PM (Stay and Play Program) + 2.5 service set up hours + 3 additional admin hours. If block shifts are what you're after then let's chat about how we can make that work! You can pick up extra hours during the school holidays too - 7:00AM - 6:15PM
As if the deal wasn't already sweet enough, there is also a $500 commencement bonus at the completion of first month plus another $500 loyalty bonus at 12 months + split shift allowance + uniform allowance + other benefits + super, just so you know how happy we are to have you join the team!
About the role
Depending on your skills and experience, this role could be a Coordinator with the view to step up once you get settled, or if you're an OSHC whizz with plenty of experience and a go-getting attitude, you might be ready to jump straight into a Lead Coordinator role.
Assist in leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.

You're a natural leader, with plenty of initiative to share
Communication comes easily to you - whether it's with parents, school staff or your supportive colleagues
You have or are studying a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, School-Aged Care, Social Work or any other related field as per ACECQA's guidelines (head to their website or reach out to us to find out more)
A base level knowledge of inclusion and diversity would be great, though this is something we can also train you up in!
