About the role

Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.

• Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!
• Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
• Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
• Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration

 About the school

Success OSHClub is looking for a passionate and committed Coordinator to lead their team of educators in providing direct and one on one support services for children to access, participate and be included while in our before and after school care capacity. 

As Coordinator, you are required to work Monday - Friday, 7:00 - 9:00 AM (Rise then shine) 2:30 - 6:00 PM (Stay and Play) with an additional 4 hours of admin. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.

Who are we looking for?
 
 We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have:

• Enjoy working with kids
• Background in disability / inclusion support
• Qualifications within the disability sector strongly desired
• Understanding of the development and learning of children with high support needs 
• Strong and clear communication
• Team player with a desire to become a service leader
• Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it!) and a state check for working with children
• Australian work rights
