Are you experienced in the Education or childcare sector and looking at stepping up into a leadership role? THIS is the role for you!
 
St Peter's Inglewood OSHClub is looking for a superstar Coordinator to lead the 120 capacity service. This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering 22.50 hours per week including 7.5 hours of non-contact administration. You will work across our After School Care (Stay and Play Program) shifts Monday to Friday from 12:30pm to 5:00pm.

About the role

Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.

  • Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!
  • Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
  • Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration

Who are we looking for?

We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have:

  • Enjoy working with kids
  • Strong and clear communication
  • Team player with a desire to become a service leader
  • Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it!) and a state check for working with children
  • Obtained or studying towards a relevant qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA
  • Australian work rights
