Description and Requirements

Whether you're experienced in the Education or childcare sector, have done some babysitting, this is the first time you're thinking about working with children, or anything in between, THIS is the role for you! 


We have an exciting Coordinator opportunity leading our Outside School Hours Care service, Seaforth Community Centre Primary OSHCare.

 

About the role 

Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service. 


  • Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into! 
  • Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents 
  • Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management 
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration 

 

About the service  
This permanent part time opportunity at Seaforth Community Centre Primary OSHCare, offers 32.75 hours per week (including 4 admin hours!) You will be working as under the roof ratio, allowing you to move among the groups of students and team members.

  • Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it!) and a state check for working with children
