You will be the responsible person overseeing the service, supporting & mentoring your own team, including an Assistant Coordinator. 

As an organisation that values our relationship with the school and wider community, your role will allow you imbed yourself and the service team with the school and foster outstanding relationships with the many families that entrust us in the care of their children.  

You will plan healthy eating menus and incorporate fun child driven programs based on both the interests and passions of children at your service. You will be involved in incursion and excursions during term breaks.


The hours set out below will be workable across school terms, but the total weekly hours are also guaranteed across the School Holiday program.

The successful applicant will be available to work (Monday to Friday):

Before School Care (7.00am-9.00am) and 
After School Care (3.00pm-6.00pm)

Additional paid administration hours per week to total a 38 hour work week.


You must hold minimum:
  • Diploma/ Degree in Children's Services, Education or equivilant; OR
  • Qualifications as approved by ACEQCA (Youth, Sports Science, Allied Health, Community, Welfare, Fitness, Leadership and more)
  • A current Employee Working with Children's Check is a must for these roles;
  • National Police Check – paid by us!;
  • Proven experience supporting & delivering a quality and safety agenda;
  • Experience working with and supporting teams to achieve results.
