Harrison OSHClub is looking for a passionate and motivated Outside School Hours Care Coordinator to provide engaging services for children in our before and after school care capacity. This is a permanent full-time opportunity for 38:00 hours per week guaranteed, leading a team of Assistant Coordinators and Educators at a large 232 licence capacity service. This is a fantastic opportunity for those experienced in working with children, dedicated to take ownership of an existing great and large service and passionate about development of a team with great support structure provided by the leadership team.
Hours are as follows: Monday – Friday, 07:00 – 09:00 AM (Rise then Shine Program) and 03:00 – 6:00 PM (Stay and Play Program) + additional admin hours. You can pick up extra hours during the school holidays too!
About the role
Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
