East Victoria Park OSHClub is looking for a Coordinator to lead their team of educators in providing engaging services for children ages 4-12 years old. You'll have the middle of the day free for life/study, working only 7:00am - 9:00am and 2:30pm - 6:00pm Monday to Friday, plus 4 admin hours each week to ensure when the kids are there you get to focus on them (and not paperwork!).

About the role

Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.

• Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!
• Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
• Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
• Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration

• Enjoy working with kids
• Strong and clear communication
• Team player with a desire to become a service leader
• Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it!) and a state check for working with children
• Recognised as qualified by ACECQA  to work in OSHC (check out the ACECQA website for more info)
