About the role 

As part of a team of Educators, you will work within our services at primary schools in the hours before and after school, working with children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.

• Facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!
• Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.
• Light cleaning duties and paperwork, with full training provided to ensure your success.

Who are we looking for? 

We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have:

• Enjoy working with kids.
• Strong and clear communication.
• Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it!) and a state check for working with children.
• Australian work rights.
• Available a minimum of 3 x afternoons per week from 2pm - 5pm.
• Meet ACECQA requirements for 1st or 2nd Qualified Educator in ACT or willing to obtain.
