Our Outside School Hours Care service, Chapel Hill State School Helping Hands, is looking for a passionate Assistant Coordinator to assist with managing the service and providing engaging programs for our primary-age children. This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering 25 hours per week (guaranteed minimum) to assist with leading a team of passionate Educators.
You will work across split shifts to support the service’s operating hours of Monday – Friday, 6:30am – 8:45am (Rise then Shine Program) and 3:00pm – 6:00pm (Stay and Play Program). You can pick up extra hours during the school holidays too!
About the role
Co-managing a team of Educators, you’ll have the perfect balance of support and leadership opportunities. You will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years, with the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
