Description and Requirements

Junior Adventures Group is the leading quality provider of outside school hours care (OSHC), operating across Australia as OSHClub & Helping Hands. As a national company, we're located in over 400 schools and employ over 2,000 engaging employees.

The primary purpose of the Program Support role is to the research, plan, schedule and implement of all childrens holiday programs to ensure programs are stimulating, of high quality with an emphasis on fun! The Program Support role must also ensure each holiday program is compliant as per the Children’s Services Regulations and Licensing requirements.

Your responsibilities will encompass areas including the following - 

Identifying new incursion and excursion offerings

Developing theme days and activity packs 

Making bookings and transport arrangements 

Developing and distributing promotional material

Gathering feedback and developing action points where required

Working closely with Operations to ensure great program delivery

If you have experience in the education or events sector this would be highly desirable, although not essential.  Importantly you will have the ability to juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities across a multisite environment. You will appreciated the importance of great planning and be a naturally organised individual.  You will have high attention to detail and also be able to manage a diverse range of stakeholders.
