Junior Adventures Group is the leading quality provider of outside school hours care (OSHC/ OOSH), operating across Australia as OSHClub & Helping Hands. 

What to expect as an Educator

Permanent part-time employment, based in Rose Bay; 

  • You will receive full training and guidance ensuring your success as a terrific Educator;
  • Through play-based learning, you will supervise & interact with primary-aged children; 
  • Incorporate children's ideas and interests into planned experiences and routines; 
  • Team work to tailor each aspect of the service to engage, inspire and delight the children. 


The hours set out below are across the school terms & School Holiday program. The successful applicant must be available to work Monday to Friday; 

  • After School Care 2:30 - 6:00 pm;
  • 17.5 hours per week. 

Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience working with children OR within a customer service environment;
  • Skills or interest in sports, arts, craft or other child engaging activities; 
  • Valid Working with Children Check, or willing to obtain; 
Highly desirable

  • Qualifications in Children's Services, Early Childhood,  Education, Allied Heath, Social/ Youth/ Community studies, Behavioural Science etc;
