This role plays a key part in ensuring the on-going success of the customer service and billing team by providing high levels of service to our external stakeholder groups. Primarily this ensures revenue is collected and processed quickly and efficiently and outstanding debt is kept to a minimum.  

Working as part of a collaborative team you will be experienced in providing the highest levels of customer service and be comfortable dealing with queries, complaints and investigations.  You will be accurate and timely in processing information and be diligent in following up any outstanding matters.  You will also be comfortable working across multiple systems and be able to assist where required with regular reporting requirements.
