This role is a key position within our head office Customer Service & Billing team.  As well as providing outstanding service to our stakeholders, your role will be to support both your Managers and your team by providing leadership and mentoring, training & development and striving for continuous improvement.  Success in the role requires strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise.  You will be comfortable planning and preparing work not only for yourself but others, as well as assisting with on-going projects which exist in thew team.
