Description and Requirements

Welcome to Junior Adventures Group. We are a multi brand Education provider with leading Before and After School Care brands OSHClub and Helping Hands. 

We are seeking a Coordinator, based in Narabeen Lakes, 35.5 hours per week.

About The Role

As the Program Coordinator you will;

  • Design, manage and lead an established program and a fantastic, supportive team;
  • Access an existing pool of trained and qualified casual staff for any ratio/last minute shifts; 
  • Network with the school, foster existing this into your programming; 
  • Plan healthy eating menus; 
  • Incorporate fun child driven programs based on the interests and passions of children and the strengths and skills of you and your team. 

Hours

The hours set out below are workable across school term & the School Holiday programs. The successful applicant must be available to work (Monday to Friday): 

  • Before School Care (7.00am-9.00am) and;
  • After School Care (2.30pm-6.00pm) and;
  • Six additional paid administration hours per week.

Only candidates with full availability will be considered. 

Experience / Qualifications 

  • Qualifications in either; Education, Childcare, Childhood, Allied Health, Social/Community/ Behavioural studies, Sport Science or similar; OR
  • 2+ years experience in a senior role such as Coordinator or Center Manager; AND
  • Current WWCC;
