Description and Requirements

Welcome to OSHClub, the National leader in quality OSHC services. We are seeking an experienced Coordinator who will manage our small, highly regarded and rewarding service in Ipswich.

WHAT TO EXPECT AS A COORDINATOR

As the Coordinator you will take ownership of your very own OSHC service.  This includes:

  • Mentor and develop a team of Educators;
  • Ensuring NQF compliance of your service;
  • Fostering the outstanding existing relationship with the school and community links;
  • Developing a program of fun, child-driven activities based on the interests and passion of children in your service; and
  • Planning & resourcing healthy eating menus.

HOURS

This opportunity requires the following availability:

  • Before School Care 6.30 - 8.30 am, Monday – Friday
  • After School Care 2.15 - 6.00 pm Monday - Friday, and
  • Paid administration hours: 5

Total hours: 33 hours.

  • The ability to manage & develop a team;
  • Diploma/ Bachelors (or current enrolment) within Childhood, Education, Youth or Social studies; 
  • A current Blue Card;
  • The ability to pass a National Police Check;
  • Ability to commence 3rd February 2020 (earlier start date requests considered).
