Description and Requirements

An exceptionally rare opportunity to manage our established & highly successful OSHC service has opened in Kawungan, Hervey Bay. 

We are looking for a truly passionate people leader who will continue to support an outstanding workplace culture and drive engagement & joy for the children attending each day. 


You will develop and deliver creative and charming programs to primary-aged children before & after school care. You will cover a wide range of interests such as sustainability, physical activity, and crafts; 

  • supporting, developing & leading a team of Educators within your service,
  • ensuring NQF compliance of your service,
  • fostering the outstanding existing relationship with the school and community links,
  • planning & resourcing healthy eating menus.

This permanent position covers the school term and holiday program;

  • Before School Care (6:30 am - 9.00 am); and
  • After School Care (2:30 pm - 6:00 pm); 
  • 8 paid administration hours;
  • Total hours: 38 per week

  • Diploma/ Bachelors (working towards in fine) Childhood Studies, Education, Outside School Hours Care, Allied Health; AND
  • Experience working within a team environment with children; AND
  • Valid Blue Card; AND
  • The ability to pass a National Police check.
