Description and Requirements

OSHClub is dedicated to the quality care of children. We provide before school care, after school care and school holiday programs to primary school aged children around Australia. 

TELL ME ABOUT THE ROLE!

Our fabulous Coordinator is taking maternity leave from March 2019, creating an exciting and rare opportunity within this stellar 30+ place program. As the new Program Coordinator you will lead an established program and a fantastic, supportive team. 

  • access an existing pool of trained and qualified casual staff for any ratio/last minute shifts; 
  • network with the school, fostering the outstanding existing relationship and community links; 
  • plan healthy eating menus; 
  • incorporate fun child driven programs based on both the interests and passions of children at your program and the strengths and skills of you and your team; 
  • genuine support to ensure ongoing employment within our company at the completion of the 12-month contract. 

HOURS

The hours set out below will be workable across school terms, but the total weekly hours are also guaranteed across the School Holiday program.

The successful applicant will be available to work (Monday to Friday):
  • Before School Care (7.15 am-9.15 am); and 
  • After School Care (2:15 pm-6.00 pm);
  • 6 additional paid administration hours per week.

The role is permanent part time, so only candidates with full availability will be considered

INTERESTED IN APPLYING?

You must hold minimum:

  • Diploma in Children's Services (working towards is fine); OR
  • Degree in Primary Education or Early Childhood Studies (working towards is fine) or equivalent.
  • A current Working with Vulnerable Persons card is a must for these roles.
