You are our ideal candidate if you have…

·        An ability to manage a team and provide strong leadership

·        A commitment to delivering high quality children’s services programs and initiatives that encourage overall health and well being

·        A solid understanding of current child care practices, processes and procedure

·        Good experience managing rosters, staffing ratios and centre admin

·        Great time management and interpersonal skills

·        Working knowledge or willingness to learn QikKIDS software program

·        A full working understanding of Child Protection and the 'Keep them Safe' principles - and preferably hold an Accredited Child Protection certificate (CHCPRT001)

·        Availability to work a split shift, Mon-Fri (supported by allowance)

·        Eligibility to act as a Nominated Supervisor

·        Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Anaophylaxis and Asthma certificates

·        At least 1-2 years experience in Children’s services
