Welcome to Junior Adventures Group! A multi-brand Education provider with leading before and after school care brands: OSHClub and Helping Hands. 

We are currently seeking an experienced business development professional to join our high performing national team.  Reporting to the GM of Business Development and covering both the NSW and ACT markets, your remit will be to drive growth in new school services across our brands.  Your focus will be on identifying and researching key targets and developing a comprehensive sales plan which you can execute.  Forming relationships with key decision makers is vital in order to establish current or future service needs and understand the key criteria for each school.  Your sales activities will be both inbound and outbound as well as attending appropriate industry events.  Success in the role will be measured not only by new schools you can bring on board, but also ensuring contracted services can be profitable within agreed timelines.

In terms of your background, it is not essential that you have worked in the education / childcare space as we are seeking transferable skills and the right attitude.  You may be coming from a B2B or B2C role but importantly you will be a motivated self starter who enjoys developing relationships both internal and external and  working to targets.  You will be comfortable working autonomously and because of the nature of the role, you will have a willingness to travel.  You will enjoy and have a strong track record in sales, with demonstrable experience in commercial negotiation.  In return you will be working for a high growth organisation with great leadership and clear and strong values and principles.
