About the Role 

While we are always on the lookout for passionate Educators, we are specifically recruiting for an Assistant Coordinator for our successful service in Carine.

This position offers 29.75 hours per week across the following hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM
  • Monday to Friday, 2:15 PM - 6:00 PM
  • Longer shifts are also available during school holiday periods.
You will work closely with our inspiring Managers to lead our amazing teams and assist with creating individual, fun and engaging programs. 

This position also plays an important role in supporting the school community partnership ultimately bringing together the local community and creating a sense of belonging for each child. Above all, you will join a team of dedicated, passionate, supportive and fun-loving people who have come together to make a real difference to children's lives. 

About You 

Play is vital to children's well-being and sense of belonging and forms the basis of who they become in the future. Our ideal team member strongly reflects these qualities. 

Ideally, we are seeking applicants with the following qualifications and certificates:

• Certificate IV in Outside School Hours Care or equivalent; OR
• Certificate IV in Education Support or equivalent; OR
• Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent; OR 
• Degree in Primary Education or Early Childhood Studies or equivalent 
• A current Employee ‘Working With Children's Check’
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificates
• Valid Child Protection Training 
• Working Rights to work in Australia
